Effective from 12 May 2019, Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of 8 March, on urgent measures for social protection and the fight against job insecurity in working time, amended Article 34 of the Workers’ Statute and established the company’s obligation to guarantee the daily recording of working hours.
This record must include the specific start and end time of each employee’s working day, without prejudice to any existing flexible working arrangements.
